We offer our shaded front lawn for your wedding ceremony. The wrap-around porch of The Olde Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast sets the stage for a perfect entry by the bride and her attendants. The winding brick walkway and nearby gardens offer a charming setting for a lovely afternoon or evening ceremony. The grand maple trees of the front lawn provide perfect shade from the warm afternoon sun.
Indoor Ceremony:
The Fireplace Room can accommodate small indoor weddings of 50 guests or less. We offer this option for weddings in late fall and winter. Weddings in the Fireplace Room may be scheduled on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Outdoor Reception:
Spring through fall receptions can be accommodated on the grounds at The Olde Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast. The Olde Red Barn serves as the backdrop for a stately white reception tent. Tent sizes vary and can accommodate parties from 100 to ---. The center of the barn is a perfect spot for dancing with plenty of room for a DJ or small band. The beautifully designed gardens and surrounding fields of corn and wheat offer the ideal setting for your countryside reception. Whether small and intimate, large and elegant, or simply casual, we will ensure that your wedding is just what you have always dreamed of! 
The Olde Red Barn Meeting Room:
We have renovated the barn's east end room to accommodate small wedding receptions of 100 or less.
Standard Wedding/Reception Services:
You can expect these services from The Olde Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast:
- Wedding and reception consultation in planning. It would be important to have an estimation of the number of guest that you expect to attend. Notification of the final attendance must be received 10 days prior to the wedding.
- Wedding and reception coordination
- Wedding rehearsal (if wedding is onsite)
- Parking attendants to assist your guests in parking as they arrive
- Wait staff during the reception
- Clean up of all areas at the end of the event
- Ordering and set up of tent, tables and chairs
- Light lunch provided to wedding party on day of event if both wedding and reception are held onsite.
- Wedding night accommodations for bride and groom at the Olde Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast
Other available options:
- Ordering of linens, dinnerware, glassware, silverware, etc.
- Suggestions for catering, photographers, DJs, floral and decorating services
- Rehearsal Dinner options (onsite)
General Information:
- The Olde Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast is a smoke-free environment.
- The Olde Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast asks that all music and entertainment end at 11:00 p.m.
- When children are in attendance, we strongly suggest that a responsible adult supervise them. This is both for the comfort and safety of the children and out of respect for your other guests.
- For the safety of all your guests, the pool is off limits.
- Damage or loss as a result of your event will be billed to the function sponsor. The onsite function sponsor of the wedding reception is responsible for the conduct of all attendees.
- The Olde Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast is not liable for loss, theft or damage to property belonging to wedding participants and guests.
Deposits and Cancellations:
At the time of the initial booking, a $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required. Cancellation of the wedding results in forfeiture of this deposit. The Olde Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast accepts VISA, MasterCard and Discover. A payment schedule will be set up with the final payment due one week prior to the event.
